Father Time Antiques, Inc. warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that it's timepieces shall be free from any defect in material and workmanship, except for normal wear and tear commensurate with the age of the individual piece, for a period of one year from the date of purchase subject to:
- Return of the timepiece to Father Time Antiques within ten days, should a defect covered in this warranty occur.
- Damage or malfunction resulting from improper handling, accident, misuse, abuse, damage while in transit, repairs attempted by any unauthorized person, agency, or any other reason not due to defects in material and/or workmanship.
- Timepieces purchased only from Father Time Antiques, Inc.
- Please note we do not warranty any vintage timepiece to be waterproof, but we make every effort to make sure they are well sealed when they leave our hands.
- Dropping a vintage timepiece may cause damage and is not covered under the warranty.
- Should an accident occur we can restore your watch for you at an additional charge.
